Privacy Policy

FactorSir is a non-profit education project. This page explains what information we collect on factorsir.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Website visits. Our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers.

Donations. Donations are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and donation amount so we can send a receipt and thank you. We never see or store your full card number.

Learning progress. Your diagnostic results and practice progress are saved only in your own browser on your device. They are never sent to us, and there is no account to sign up for. Clearing your browser data erases them.

Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply to you.

Students and children

FactorSir is built for students, including children under 13. Before any student accounts are offered, we will publish how student data is handled, and we will ask for a parent's consent wherever the law requires it, including under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

What we never do

We never sell personal information, and we never show ads to students.
